Your Lilly dress is custom tailored just for you.

All our wedding dresses are individually made to the measurements in the guide below to ensure that you get the best fit possible. Please keep in mind that if you plan to change your weight, you may need to do some further alterations just before the wedding.

When taking your measurements we recommend getting one of your friends to help you out. The tape measure should be firm but not too tight.

We only need your dress size and 4 additional measurements, we estimate this will take you and a friend less than 5mins finish. We’ll get your measurements from you when you add a dress to your cart.

Dress Size

We recommend using the table below to determine the best dress size for you.

Bust:
Measure across your nipples and around your back to obtain the most accurate measurement

Waist:
Measure across the smallest part of your waist above your belly button to obtain the most accurate measurement

Hips:
Measure across the widest part of your hipline over your bum to obtain the most accurate measurement.

Additional Measurements

Full-Height

Height

Stand with your feet together.
Measure in bare feet
Begin at the tip of the head and pull the tape straight to the floor.

Full-Height

Height in Heels

You should include the height of your show heel if you want the shoes to be covered by the dress.
This measurement is particularly important for dresses that have trains that go to the floor.

Hollow to Hem

Find the hollow point at the base of your throat. While looking straight ahead, measure straight down to where you want the hem of the dress to fall.

Upper Bust

Measure the right around your bust area above your nipple – i.e where your cleavage would normally begin.
